The Northeast R/C Club was founded in February 1994 by a small group of people who were interested in establishing a club dedicated to providing its members with a good flying field and promoting the hobby of model airplane building and flying for new comers. Today the membership has grown to approximately forty-five members.

The flying field is located on Elmwood Street in Salisbury, MA. (Directions to Field) There are picnic tables and a rest room for your convenience. Starting tables are set up in the pit area for safe, easy starting and adjusting your engine.

Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month at the Erie Four Fire Station located at 474 North Street in Georgetown, MA.

The club offers flying instruction at no charge to novices by appointment with a qualified instructor.

Members perform flying demonstrations at several Massachusetts northshore area activities throughout the year.
